7月24日，宜春市“天工杯”智能制造行业职工职业技能竞赛圆满落幕。赣能丰电两名一线青年职工杨凯威、徐思瑞代表丰城市出战自动化电工项目，与来自宜春市各行各业的22名技术能手同台竞技，最终斩获该项目冠亚军，其中杨凯威荣获一等奖，徐思瑞荣获二等奖。

本次竞赛严格对标高级工职业技能标准，采用“电气回路设计+综合实操”双维度考评模式，涵盖电气原理图识读绘制、低压控制线路接线与调试、变频控制系统操作、设备安全规范作业等模块，对选手的知识储备与实战能力是一次全面的检验。

竞赛现场，面对激烈角逐，该厂两名青年选手沉着应战、稳定发挥，理论作答精准到位，实操流程规范严谨，高质量完成线路安装、程序调试、故障检测处置等一系列高难度竞赛环节，凭借扎实的技术功底、娴熟的实操技艺和严谨的职业素养斩获冠、亚军，彰显了该厂职工锐意进取、追求卓越的精神风貌。
