　　上市规则第3.28条规定，本公司必须委任一名具备联交所认为在学术或专业资格或有关经验方面足以履行公司秘书职务的人士担任公司秘书。董事会已注意到额外复牌指引，并正采取积极措施纠正不合规事宜。本公司正积极物色及委聘公司秘书，以符合上市规则第3.28条之规定。

　　截至本公告日期，本公司正与合适的服务供应商进行磋商。本公司将于委任完成后适时作出进一步公告。

　　此外，公司股份继续停牌。
