【天汽模：收购东实汽车股权获反垄断审查不实施进一步审查决定书】天汽模公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金方式收购东实汽车科技集团股份有限公司60%股份。近日，公司收到国家市场监督管理总局出具的《经营者集中反垄断审查不实施进一步审查决定书》，决定对公司收购东实汽车股权案不实施进一步审查，从即日起可以实施集中。本次交易尚需经深交所审核通过及中国证监会予以注册等程序。
