消息面上，据报道，近日，一家上海国资背景企业已开始生产国产浸没式DUV光刻机，预计今年将向中芯国际、华虹半导体和长鑫存储交付约5台设备，并计划于2027年将产量提高至约20台。受消息影响，隔夜美股半导体设备板块情绪受挫，光刻机龙头阿斯麦盘中一度跌超8%，当日收跌5.8%。
值得注意的是，全球五大半导体设备厂商（应用材料、阿斯麦、泛林半导体、东京电子及科磊）主要设备交付周期较此前延长约50%至100%，部分原本约6个月即可交付的设备，目前交付周期已延长至约12个月。设备交付的延迟正对下游晶圆厂的投产计划构成直接威胁。
