Verbrec Confirms Fiscal Year 2026 Outlook, Issues Fiscal Year 2027 Guidance; Shares Down 5%

Verbrec (ASX:VBC) confirmed its fiscal year 2026 continuing operations guidance for revenue of AU$115 million to AU$120 million and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of AU$8 million to AU$9 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company also issued fiscal year 2027 guidance of revenue between AU$140 million and AU$160 million, and adjusted EBITDA of AU$10 million to AU$12 million, per the filing.

Verbrec said its total opportunity pipeline was AU$277 million at the end of June, up from AU$203 million in the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2025, while its work in hand position improved to AU$78 million from AU$71 million in the fiscal H1.

The company's shares fell 5% in recent Monday trade.
