　　同源康医药-B（02410）盘中涨超6%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.39%，现报7.23港元，成交额1757.17万港元。

　　齐鲁制药获同源康医药肺癌靶向创新药TY-9591独家商业化授权，齐鲁制药还将对同源康医药进行股权投资。通过本次合作，同源康医药将有权收取7亿元的股份认购款及现金首付款（包括4亿元股权投资和3亿元首付款），以及就TY-9591的监管批准及适应症扩展收取最高共计20.6亿元的注册里程碑付款。

　　公开资料显示，TY-9591是同源康医药自主研发的新一代高选择性不可逆EGFR-TKI，也是国内差异化优势突出的肺癌靶向新药。目前，该药的新药上市申请已于2026年初获国家药监局受理并纳入优先审评通道，处于上市审评关键阶段；除单药注册临床外，联合化疗方案已启动注册试验筹备，商业化窗口期临近。
