记者从民政部举办的第三季度例行新闻发布会上了解到，自我国面向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴项目以来，截至目前，全国累计核销消费券1079.92万次，核销金额65.12亿元，带动养老服务消费金额290.93亿元，超过199.86万失能老年人从项目中受益。

在老龄工作方面，民政部新闻发言人、办公厅（国际合作司）副主任李婉丽介绍，二季度，民政部等12部门联合印发《关于开展“乐享银龄”系列活动 丰富老年人精神文化生活的通知》，以“悦身心、展风采、促健康”为主题，开展“乐享银龄”系列活动。召开人口老龄化国情教育暨基层老年协会建设工作推进会，部署推动各地因地制宜开展人口老龄化国情教育，推进基层老年协会规范化建设。持续开展全国示范性老年友好型社区创建，部署开展老年友好社区建设典型案例征集，着力提升城乡社区为老服务能力水平。

养老服务发展方面，民政部印发了《城乡三级养老服务网络建设管理指引》，联合人社部印发《养老服务师职业资格制度暂行规定》，积极发展邻里互助、多户搭伙、结对帮扶等互助性养老服务模式，目前已建有农村互助性养老服务设施14余万个。
