格隆汇7月30日丨大同集团(00544.HK)发布公告，2026年7月29日，公司与认购人(即Victoria Sight Capital Group Limited，最终实益拥有人为张璋先生)订立认购协议，据此，认购人已有条件同意按认购价认购认购股份(即合共1000万股新股份)。 认购股份相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数约19.76%。认购价每股认购股份1港元，较股份于2026年7月29日(即认购协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股0.75港元溢价约33.33%。认购协议须待(其中包括)联交所上市委员会批准认购股份上市及买卖后，方告完成。 认购股份将根据一般授权发行，毋须经股东批准。预期认购事项的所得款项总额将为1000万港元，而认购事项的所得款项净额总额估计将约为1000万港元。所得款项净额拟用于集团的一般营运资金，包括但不限于员工成本、办公室及场所租金付款以及其他行政开支。
