　　7月27日，中国储备棉管理有限公司计划挂牌出库销售储备棉8022.3060吨，实际成交8022.3060吨，成交率100%。成交均价17275.33元/吨，较24日涨58.29元/吨，折3128B价格17944.37元/吨；成交最高价1797 0元/吨，最低价16630元/吨。当日情况：进口棉成交均价17407.05元/吨，折3128B价格18072.01元/吨，平均加价1897.01元/吨；新疆棉成交均价16875.89元/吨，折3128B价格17557.32元/吨，平均加价1382.32 元/吨。

　　观点总结

　　洲际交易所（ICE）棉花期货周一小幅走高，受上一交易日回调后的技术性买盘及美元走软支撑，ICE 12月棉花期货合约上涨0.9美分或1.10%，结算价报每磅80.88美分。国内市场：进口港口库存下降。

　　据Mysteel调研显示，进口棉港口库存环比减少0.5%至59.1万吨。消费端，主要地区纱企纱线库存环比继续增加，下游坯布补库意愿偏弱，开机率相对下滑。另外截至7月27日，累计挂牌出库销售储备棉48132.1590吨，累计成交率100%。

　　当前轮储主要解决新旧棉交替时供应偏紧问题，短期缓解供应紧张矛盾。短期储备棉成交火热，在一定程度上支撑市场。持续跟踪储备棉成交情况。
