New Oriental Education's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2027 Sales Outlook Set

New Oriental Education & Technology (EDU) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.55 per diluted American depositary share, down from $0.61 a year earlier.

Net revenue for the quarter ended May 31 was $1.53 billion, up from $1.24 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.46 billion.

For fiscal 2027, the company expects its net revenue guidance to be between $6.45 billion and $6.68 billion. Analysts expect $6.26 billion.

Shares of New Oriental rose more than 3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
