Adisyn Says USPTO Allows Patent Application Providing Protection for Graphene-Coated Surfaces Related to Semiconductor Technology; Shares Soar 12%

Adisyn (ASX:AI1) said the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) allowed a patent application, jointly held by Adisyn's wholly-owned unit 2D Generation and its research partner, providing further protection for graphene-coated surfaces relevant to Adisyn's semiconductor technology, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The allowed claims cover graphene-coated surfaces with a uniform, conformal coating over complex three-dimensional geometries as well as graphene coatings free of nitrogen doping, catalyst residuals and metal nanoparticle contamination.

Its shares soared 12% in recent trading on Friday.
