7月31日|瑞士央行报告称，其六个月盈利稳健，因全球股市上涨带来的收益以及瑞郎走弱抵消了黄金资产价值的下跌。瑞士央行周五在一份声明中表示，今年1月至6月期间共盈利252亿瑞士法郎（约合312亿美元）。瑞士央行持有的外币资产，包括其大型股票投资组合，共带来317亿瑞郎的利润。由于黄金价格下跌，瑞士央行持有的黄金价值减少了64亿瑞郎。此前第一季度报告瑞士央行出现小幅亏损，因强势的瑞郎抵消了黄金收益。
