智通财经APP获悉，部分创新药概念股午后走高，截至发稿，晶泰控股(02228)涨7.45%，报6.92港元；金斯瑞生物科技(01548)涨6.4%，报18.3港元；荣昌生物(09995)涨2.96%，报81.75港元；药明生物(02269)涨2.75%，报38.84港元。
消息面上，7月30日，上海市人民政府印发《上海市卫生健康发展“十五五”规划》，其中提出加大创新药械研发支持力度，并明确对创新药实行DRG、DIP支付限额除外机制，为创新药械的医保支付环境释放积极信号。此外，国家基本药物目录首次批量纳入创新药，有望提升国产创新药临床可及性。
