Visa 稳定币平台将为合作伙伴提供稳定币结算、链上钱包即服务基础设施，以及法币与稳定币之间的兑换服务，初始支持 OpenUSD 。该平台还将与 Pismo 集成，为金融机构提供代币化存款支持，并计划未来引入第三方代币化存款基础设施提供商。Visa 将稳定币与 AI 视为互补技术，认为“智能体商务将扩大可触达市场并驱动未来增长”。跨境交易量同比增长 13%，处理交易量增长 10%。
