智通财经APP讯，时代电气(688187.SH)发布公告，为深化半导体IGCT技术产品开发及产业合作，进一步提升半导体产业的核心竞争力并拓展产品型谱及应用领域，公司下属子公司株洲中车时代半导体股份有限公司(简称“时代半导体”)与北京怀柔实验室等公司共同出资2.87亿元在北京市怀柔区设立北京中车时代怀实半导体有限公司，其中时代半导体出资1.92亿元,占合资公司注册资本的67%，该合资公司纳入时代半导体合并财务报表范围。
