智通财经APP讯，泰德医药(03880)发布公告，丁丽君女士已获委任为首席财务官，自2026年7月 31日起生效。丁女士将主要负责本集团的整体财务战略与管理。
自2026年7月31日起生效： (1) 吴东澄先生已提出辞任(i)本公司联席公司秘书;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下之本公司授权代表;及(iii)根据上市规则第 19A.13(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所规定代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知之代表;及 (2) 李玲梅女士已提出辞任(i)董事会秘书;(ii)联席公司秘书;及(iii) 授权代表。李女士将继续担任本公司执行董事。
自2026年7月31日起，继李女士辞任董事会秘书后，丁女士已获委任为董事会秘书。继李女士辞任授权代表后，自2026年7月31日起，本公司董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官徐琪博士已获委任为授权代表。吴先生及李女士辞任联席公司秘书后，陈桢先生已获委任为本公司公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2026 年7月31日起生效。
