国家发展改革委7月31日发布消息，根据国际市场油价变化情况，自7月31日24时起，国内汽、柴油（标准品）价格每吨分别上调685元、655元。
国内成品油价格机制规定，汽、柴油最高零售价格根据一揽子国际原油均价变化情况，每10个工作日调整一次。调价幅度不是看个别时点或某几日的国际原油价格变化，而是看本次调价前10个工作日一揽子国际原油均价较上次调价前10个工作日均价的变化情况。
隆众资讯能源首席分析师刘炳娟表示，7月17日国内成品油价格调整以来，中东地缘局势反复拉锯，受此影响，国际市场原油价格剧烈震荡，布伦特原油期货价格一度超过每桶100美元，前几日连续大幅上涨后有所回落，近日又再度冲高，本轮调价周期一揽子国际原油10日均价较大幅度高于上期。自7月31日24时起，国内汽、柴油（标准品）最高零售价格每吨分别上调685元、655元，折合92号汽油、0号柴油每升分别上涨0.55元、0.56元。
国家发展改革委有关负责人说，中石油、中石化、中海油公司及其他原油加工企业要组织好成品油生产和调运，确保市场稳定供应，严格执行国家价格政策。各地相关部门要加大市场监督检查力度，严厉查处不执行国家价格政策的行为，维护正常市场秩序。消费者可通过12315平台举报价格违法行为。
国家发展改革委价格监测中心研判表示，目前地缘政治局势存在较大不确定性，后续需持续重点关注美伊局势动向对国际油价的冲击影响。
