智通财经APP讯，君圣泰医药-B(02511)发布公告，于2026年7月31日，本公司与独家配售代理订立配售协议，按配售协议的条款及条件，本公司同意发行配售股份，而独家配售代理同意作为本公司的代理，按尽力基准促使不少于六名独立承配人合共认购最多9900万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份2.28港元。
每股配售股份2.28港元的配售价较于2026年7月31日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股 2.60港元折让约12.31%。
假设所有配售股份均获发行，预期配售所得款项总额合共约为2.257亿港元，而预期配售所得款项净额(经扣除与配售有关的佣金及开支后)合共约为 2.23亿港元。
