ChainCatcher 消息，据 Sandmark 报道，其获得的文件和录音显示，Pump.fun 在员工代币解锁前两个月进行裁员，至少一名前员工因此错失了一笔按当前价格计算价值七位数的 PUMP 代币分配。
裁员发生于 4 月初，而相关员工本应在两个月后（6 月）开始获得代币解锁。员工曾于 2025 年 6 月签署代币协议，四分之一分配份额将于一年后解锁。联合创始人 Noah Tweedale 在内部会议录音中表示，裁员原因是公司“扩张太快”。
前员工称 7 月中旬发生第二轮裁员，过去两个月内公司已裁员超过 40 人，其中一名员工声称自己在代币解锁前一天被裁，但 Sandmark 无法独立核实这些说法。
Pump.fun 在英国以 Baton Corporation Ltd 名义运营，尽管自 2024 年 12 月起已屏蔽英国用户（此前英国 FCA 警告其可能无牌照提供金融服务），目前仍在监管警示名单上。该公司 2024 年曾发生员工监守自盗、转移约 200 万美元资金事件，涉事人已获刑六年。据 Companies House 数据，公司最新一期年报已逾期未交。
