【央行：今起陆续开展总量超2万亿隔夜逆回购操作】今天起到7月31日，中国人民银行将每天开展6000亿元隔夜逆回购操作、8月3日将开展3000亿元隔夜逆回购操作。隔夜逆回购是央行进行公开市场操作的重要工具，主要作用是向市场投放短期流动性。具体操作上，隔夜逆回购首先由央行向大型银行等一级交易商买入有价证券，相当于央行向市场“借出钱”。第二天，交易商按约定价格再将证券从央行赎回，资金从市场流回央行，从而完成短期流动性调控。
