ICICI Bank (BOM:532174) filed for the listing of $1 billion 5.459% senior bonds due 2031 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds are expected to be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on or about July 31, the bank said.
