据彭博社7月31日报道，中国头部量化对冲基金倍漾量化的创始人冯霁宣布成立新公司"Cosmic Dawn（宇宙黎明）"，目标直指通用人工智能（AGI）。倍漾量化以AI驱动的投资策略见长。
新公司以一篇数千字的宣言对外亮相，并给出三步走的路线图：先打造面向AI智能体的操作系统，再组织数千个智能体协同完成同一目标，最终构建一个连接全球智能系统的网络。
冯霁在声明中称，宇宙黎明将把他这些年积累的AI技术和经验进一步系统化，用于解决更复杂的问题，并拓展至更广泛的应用场景。
知情人士透露，冯霁将成为宇宙黎明的控股股东，公司目前已接近完成天使轮股权融资。因相关信息尚未公开，上述人士要求匿名。
冯霁拒绝透露更多细节，但表示宇宙黎明初期将聚焦运行时扩展和持续学习两项技术，而不会像DeepSeek和OpenAI那样从零开始训练基础模型。（AI研究院）
