快科技7月31日消息，据媒体报道，台积电前工程师陈力铭、吴秉骏、戈一平、陈韦杰，因窃取并外泄2纳米等关键制程机密数据，遭台湾“智慧财产及商业法院”一审重判：陈力铭处有期徒刑10年，吴秉骏3年，戈一平2年，陈韦杰6年。
其中，陈力铭与陈韦杰不服判决，提起上诉。台湾“最高法院”于7月30日驳回其上诉，二人将直接发监执行。而吴秉骏、戈一平在一审后未上诉，检方亦未提出抗诉，故先行判决确定。
据查，曾任台积电12厂良率部门工程师的陈力铭，离职后转赴台积电半导体设备供应商东京威力科创，任职市场营销部门。
自2023年中起，其利用在职期间与旧同事建立的情谊，联系吴秉骏、戈一平及一名廖姓男子，在餐厅或私人住所内，要求三人协助远程登录台积电数据库，并通过手机翻拍屏幕，共获取十余份涉及核心技术的营业秘密文件。
此外，陈力铭还涉嫌联络陈韦杰，要求其提供涵盖“14纳米以下制程之IC制造技术，以及关键气体、化学品与设备技术”等多项营业秘密资料。
