于2026年7月29日，合共2567.84万股新H股(占经配发及发行配售股份扩大的已发行H股总数的约9.11%及经配发及发行配售股份扩大之已发行股份总数的约3.12%)已由本公司按每股配售股份4.58港元的配售价成功配发及发行予不少于六名承配人；该等承配人及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方，且与本公司、本公司的关连人士、本公司或其任何附属公司的任何董事、监事、最高行政人员或主要股东或彼等各自的联系人概无关连。配售事项所得款项净额总额(经扣除佣金和估计费用)约为1.16亿港元。
