智通财经APP讯，直通电讯(08337)公布，公司建议实施股本削减，其涉及透过注销已缴足股本(以每股已发行普通股0.19港元为限)，将每股已发行普通股的面值由0.20港元削减至0.01港元，致使于削减后，公司股本中每股已发行普通股面值将为0.01港元，并将成为一股新普通股。因股本削减而产生的进账将计入公司的股本削减储备账，其用途(包括任何用于抵销公司的累计亏损)将由董事会不时根据公司的财务状况，并遵照公司法以及公司组织章程大纲及细则而厘定。
紧随股本削减生效后，每股法定但未发行普通股将拆细为20股每股面值为0.01港元的法定但未发行新普通股。
