路透7月30日 - 塞拉尼斯公司（Celanese Corp， CE.N）周四表示，阿姆斯特丹一家法院已全盘驳回了壳牌（Shell， SHEL.L）旗下子公司壳牌欧洲化工（Shell Chemicals Europe）就过去 在西北欧采购乙烯一事 提出的损害赔偿索赔 。
该公司股价在盘前交易中上涨了2.2%。
该公司表示，阿姆斯特丹地区法院还驳回了由“乙烯索赔基金会”（Stichting Ethylene Claims）代表的雷普索尔（Repsol REP.MC）旗下某些实体提出的另一项请求，即要求法院裁定塞拉尼斯及其共同被告承担损害赔偿责任。
这些案件是后续诉讼，与欧盟执委会和多家公司就西北欧过去乙烯采购问题达成的2020年和解协议有关。
乙烯是用于制造塑料和其他工业产品的关键石化原料。
