市中心敬老院（养老服务中心）项目建设进入装饰装修施工阶段

近日，在河津市中心敬老院（养老服务中心）项目建设施工现场，工人们正抢抓工期、有序作业，稳步推进室内外装饰装修各项作业，项目建设跑出民生“加速度”。

市中心敬老院（养老服务中心）是我市今年重点项目中的一个续建项目，位于新兴路以北、209国道以东，总占地面积约22.72亩，总建筑面积约18419.21平方米，总投资约1.094亿元。项目规划建设3栋老年公寓楼（2栋7层、1栋5层），共设置养老床位414张，配套建设餐厅、门房、连廊、晾晒场等附属设施，并同步实施道路、绿化、给排水、供电供暖等配套工程。

项目自开工建设以来，施工单位严格对标施工标准，严把工程质量、安全、进度关口，科学统筹施工工序，高效推进项目建设进度。截至目前，3栋老年公寓楼及配套连廊主体结构、二次结构施工全部完工，全面进入装饰装修施工阶段，正在进行墙面二次配管、管道安装、窗框安装、屋面保温层施工和餐厅主体施工作业。

项目建成投用后，将成为一所设施先进、功能完善、环境宜居、服务优质的现代化综合性养老服务中心，有效补齐全市高端普惠养老服务短板，扩充优质养老服务资源供给，优化养老服务布局体系，让老年人享有更加优质、舒心、安心的养老服务，切实增强老年群体的获得感、幸福感与安全感。
