消息面上，近日，海纳智能发布公告，公司、晋江市元枢智能科技有限公司(晋江元枢，公司非全资附属公司)及深圳市人工智能与机器人研究院(深圳研究院)订立战略合作协议，约定共建智能产线机器人联合实验室，合作期限为3年。联合实验室将聚焦产线智能化升级、具身智能工业应用、视觉检测及数字孪生等技术领域的研发与成果转化。
深圳研究院成立于2019年，是深圳市政府依托香港中文大学(深圳)建立的市级十大基础研究机构之一，重点开展人工智能与机器人领域的基础理论与原创技术研究，推动智能技术在医疗康复、智能制造、城市服务和可持续发展等方面的应用转化。董事认为，与深圳研究院合作有助于公司借助顶尖科研资源提升智能制造核心技术能力，符合集团长期发展战略，并预期将为集团创造额外收益，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
