新浪科技讯 7月29日下午消息，近日，Momenta正式获得德国联邦机动车运输管理局（KBA）颁发许可，可在德国全国范围内的城市道路进行L4级自动驾驶测试，这也是中国企业首次在德国获得覆盖全国城市道路的L4测试资质。受此消息影响，Momenta股价盘中大涨超9%。
2025年，Momenta与全球最大的出行平台Uber宣布达成战略合作，将Momenta Robotaxi接入Uber平台，同年双方宣布德国慕尼黑成为项目首发城市。此次获得许可牌照，推测是为Uber欧洲项目的进一步拓展进行筹备。
在Momenta IPO期间，Uber通过其全资子公司SMB Holding Corporation，再次追加对Momenta的股权投资。公开配售信息显示，SMB在Momenta港股上市配售中获配397600股。而据此前Momenta招股书披露，SMB曾参与其2025年9月完成的C轮融资，持有791055股优先股。至此，Uber合计持有Momenta约118.87万股股份。
Uber此次IPO投资加注，意味着双方正在形成以业务合作、资本加持与海外拓展并行的立体关系。
