Electrovaya Launches Battery Energy Storage Platform

Electrovaya (ELVA) has launched a high-power stationary battery energy storage system for data centers, artificial infrastructure and other critical power applications, the company said Thursday.
The ElvaPulse 1500 system includes a modular 20-foot container that provides up to 2.88 megawatt-hours of energy capacity and up to 7 megawatts of continuous power, Electrovaya said.
The company said it has started certification activities and is targeting completion in Q1 2027, with initial deliveries expected to begin in Q2 2027.
Shares of the company were 8.7% higher in Thursday trading.
