智通财经APP讯，恒发光学(01134)发布公告，公司董事会已获公司主要股东顶锋控股有限公司(顶锋，一间由陈燕华女士(一名非执行董事)拥有2%股权、郭君晖先生及郭君宇先生(均为执行董事)各自拥有49%股权的公司)通知，于2026年7月24日，顶锋已订立买卖协议，向一名独立第三方转让总计1.476亿股公司股份，占于本公告日期之公司全部已发行股本约29.59%。上述股份转让已完成，而顶锋已不再拥有公司任何权益。
董事会并不预期股份转让事项将会对集团的现有眼镜业务的业务营运造成任何不利影响，而有关业务将继续作为集团的核心业务。董事会将继续探讨潜在机遇，为集团的业务及收入来源实现多元化。
