消息面上，中国国家文化产业发布公告，于2026年7月29日，公司与比高集团控股有限公司(比高)订立合资公司股东协议，共同出资在香港成立合资公司。根据合资公司协议，公司与比高拟透过各自的关联方或指定主体，于合资公司中分别持有60%和40%的股权。合资公司致力于为数字娱乐行业提供下一代AI驱动基础设施，涵盖知识产权管理、内容合规、智能结算及版权执法。
集团业务发展的主要方向将透过采纳及应用AI生成内容(AIGC)技术，于其现有电影贸易及制作以及电影相关服务分部内推进。本次合作系双方优势互补、协同发展的战略选择。双方将依托各自核心资源，携手构建一个市场领先的AI知识产权管理平台，为数字权利的变现、合规及保护订立新的行业标准。
