Procter & Gamble named its President and Chief Executive Shailesh Jejurikar to the additional post of chairman, effective Aug. 1.
P&G on Wednesday said Jon Moeller, currently executive chairman, will retire from the board on July 31 and from the Cincinnati consumer-products giant on Aug. 14.
Jejurikar, who joined P&G in 1989, succeeded Moeller as president and CEO at the start of 2026.
Moeller joined P&G in 1988 and was at the helm of the company from 2021 through 2025.
