为保障电力安全稳定供应，推动电力行业高质量发展。7月27日，省发展改革委发布《省发展改革委关于第四监管周期贵州电网输配电价有关事项的通知》，2026年8月1日起执行。

《通知》清晰划分各类用电价格标准。居民生活、农业生产用电延续现行目录销售电价政策，价格水平保持不变；工商业用户各电压等级输配电价同步公布；外送电送出省各电压等级输电价格为0.0302元／千瓦时（含税、不含线损）。

《通知》明确上网环节线损费用在输配电价外单列，按实际购电上网电价和上网环节线损率计算，省内各电压等级电量上网环节线损率为4.5％，参与省内电力市场交易的用户，待具备条件后，其对应上网环节线损电量由用户直接在电力市场中直接采购。外送电各电压等级电量上网环节线损率为1.13％。

抽水蓄能、电网侧独立新型储能抽水（充电）时视作用户，缴纳上网环节线损费用和系统运行费用，暂按单一电量制用户执行输配电价；发电（放电）电量相应退减输配电费。

此外，《通知》对电网企业、贵州电力交易中心等提出工作要求。
