智通财经APP讯，七元投资(01660)发布公告，有关收购利臻投资顾问有限公司(资产管理公司)全部已发行股本，收购事项的所有先决条件已获达成，而收购事项已于2026年7月31日交割。于交割后，资产管理公司已成为公司的直接全资附属公司，而资产管理公司的财务业绩将并入公司的财务报表。
于交割日，资产管理公司继续持有由证监会根据《证券及期货条例》就第4类(就证券提供意见)、第5类(就期货合约提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动发出的牌照。公司及其最终实益拥有人成为资产管理公司的主要股东的申请已根据《证券及期货条例》第132条获得批准，而资产管理公司的相关牌照转让已完成。
此外，资产管理公司持有中国证券监督管理委员会发出的合格境外机构投资者(QFII)牌照，业务范围为境内证券投资。
资产管理公司亦为利臻多策略开放式基金型公司的获委任投资经理，并持有开放式基金型公司100%的管理股份。
