智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，本公司于2026年7月27日收到香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)发出的函件，当中载列以下复牌指引(复牌指引)：本公司须：
(a)刊发上市规则规定的所有尚未刊发财务业绩及处理任何审核修订意见;
(b)撤回或驳回针对本公司作出的清盘令以及解除任何清盘人的职务;
(c)证明其符合上市规则第13.24条的规定;
(d)就联交所于日期为2026年7月27日向本公司发出的复牌指引函件所提述的事项进行适当的独立法证调查，评估其对本公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果并采取适当的补救措施;
(e)证明不存在有关本集团管理层及/或对本公司管理及营运具有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信、能力及/或品格的合理监管疑虑，以致可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心;
(f)委聘独立内部监控顾问进行独立内部监控检讨，并证明：
(i)就停牌所识别的重大缺陷已获修正，且所有必要补救措施已妥善落实;及
(ii)本公司的内部监控足够及有效，可实现其目的，并使本公司能够遵守上市规则及其他法律及监管规定，包括但不限于财务汇报流程及内幕消息披露;及
(g)向市场告知所有重要资料，以供本公司股东及其他投资者评估本公司的状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
