随着产油国联盟继续评估伊朗战争对全球石油供应快速变化的影响，OPEC+预计将在9月完成最后一次增产后暂停提高产量配额。
据彭博援引两名代表表示，OPEC+目前计划在8月2日举行线上会议时批准一项协议，将9月石油产量配额提高每日18.8万桶。此次增产将完成当前一轮增产计划，OPEC+今年剩余时间内暂无进一步提高产量的计划。但具体安排可能会根据形势变化进行调整。
数月以来，石油输出国组织（OPEC）一直在逐步提高成员国获准生产的石油数量，并已于今年5月制定路线图，计划将增产措施持续至9月。
但实际上，伊朗战争使这些增产计划更多停留在象征意义上，因为该组织关键的中东成员国被迫削减了部分产量和出口。
战争期间，伊朗一直在霍尔木兹海峡袭击油轮，导致石油供应损失规模存在不确定性，增加了OPEC+制定产量政策的难度，也进一步加剧了油价波动。
在这场断断续续的冲突期间，国际油价剧烈波动。上周，布伦特原油期货价格一度突破每桶100美元，但在美国和伊朗达成停火后，油价三天连跌，截至发稿报82美元/桶。
