国务院日前印发《知识产权保护和运用“十五五”规划》，明确了“十五五”时期开展知识产权工作的目标指标、重点任务和专项工程。
规划提出，到2030年，我国知识产权综合实力和国际竞争力进一步增强，知识产权保护更加有力，知识产权市场价值更加彰显，知识产权公共服务更加优质，知识产权综合管理体制更加高效，知识产权国际合作更加深入，知识产权强国建设取得决定性进展。
规划部署了四方面重点任务：
持续优化支持全面创新的知识产权保护环境
大力提升促进经济高质量发展的知识产权运用效能
不断健全推进高效能治理的知识产权综合管理体系
积极构建服务高水平对外开放的知识产权国际合作新格局
