2026 年3月31日，本公司控股企业苏州君明致远创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“苏州君明”)、天津君海一号商业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)与其他3方投资人签订《天津复星海河医疗健康产业二期创业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)有限合伙合同》，以共同出资设立天津复星海河医疗健康产业二期创业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“天津二期基金”)。
2026 年5月28日，本公司控股企业苏州君明与其他7方投资人签订《杭州复曜星启成果转化创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)有限合伙合同》，以共同出资设立杭州复曜星启成果转化创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“杭州基金”)。
近日，本公司收到通知，上述基金均已于中国证券投资基金业协会完成备案。
