新华社北京7月31日电（记者魏冠宇）民政部、全国老龄办7月31日公布的《2025年度国家老龄事业发展公报》显示，老年人福利津补贴覆盖范围继续扩大。截至2025年末，全国享受老年人津补贴人数5353.8万人。
截至2025年末，全国养老服务从业人员达139.5万人。其中，养老机构职工人数68.5万人，持证护理员占比47.4%；社区养老服务机构和设施从业人员71万人。2025年，职业教育开设养老服务相关专业点3922个，41所高校备案健康养老服务与管理等养老服务相关专业点51个。
公报同时显示，“十四五”期间累计建设家庭养老床位57万张，提供居家养老上门服务3000万人次。2025年新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.71万个，增设养老等各类社区服务设施4300余个。
