智通财经APP讯，明源云(00909)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止6个月将取得不超过人民币150万元的本公司拥有者应占利润净额。本集团于去年同期取得的本公司拥有者应占利润净额约为人民币1375万元。
董事会认为，预期盈利减少主要归因于外部宏观经济环境及非核心业务相关因素的变化，包括：由于报告期内受美元市场利率较去年同期下行，本集团持有的以美元计价的定期存款收益随之走低，导致本集团现金资产财务收入较去年同期有所下降;及报告期内美元兑港币升值幅度较去年同期有所收窄，导致本集团取得的汇兑收益较去年同期减少。该等因素源于全球汇率及利率市场的正常波动，并非来源于本集团核心业务经营所致，本集团对其长期前景仍充满信心。
