Ralliant (RAL) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.68 per diluted share, up from $0.67 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.62.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 3 was $567.8 million, up from $503.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $550.6 million.
The company said it expects fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.72 to $0.78 per diluted share on revenue of $570 million to $590 million. Analysts expect $0.69 per share and $557.7 million, respectively.
For fiscal 2026, the company now expects adjusted earnings of $2.76 to $2.90 per share. That compares with $2.53 to $2.69 previously. Revenue for the year is now projected to be $2.25 billion to $2.30 billion, the company said. That compares with its prior guidance of $2.19 billion to $2.25 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.66 and $2.23 billion, respectively.
Shares of the company were up nearly 4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
