7月29日，Kraken计划通过代币化股票和直接配售方式，让零售投资者参与Jersey Mike’s IPO相关机会。传统股权融资与数字资产渠道继续靠近，CPT Markets表示，代币化工具正在拓宽一级市场触达方式。
此类安排的核心在于合规托管、投资者准入和权益映射是否清晰。CPT Markets认为，若平台能降低认购门槛并保持信息透明，零售资金参与新股市场的方式可能更灵活。
不过，代币化股票并不消除估值波动和流动性风险，产品结构、锁定期和二级市场交易规则仍需要重点阅读。投资者不应只关注新模式带来的便利。这类模式若获得更多发行方采用，一级市场和二级市场之间的连接会更紧密，但信息披露和投资者适当性仍是基础。同时，资金会继续比较价格、成交和预期三条线索，只有这些信号相互配合，趋势判断才更稳妥。
