Vericel Swings to Q2 Net Income, Revenue Rises; Full-Year 2026 Revenue Guidance Raised

Vericel (VCEL) reported Q2 net income Thursday of $0.04 per diluted share, swinging from a net loss of $0.01 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.03.
Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $77.5 million, up from $63.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected revenue of $72.7 million.
The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $330 million to $340 million from previous guidance of $326 million to $336 million. Analysts expect revenue of $332.2 million.
Vericel's board also authorized a $200 million share repurchase program, the company said.
The company's shares were up 4% in premarket activity.
