金吾财讯 | AvalonBay Communities（AVB）与Equity Residential（EQR）对外公布，两家主营多户住宅业务的房地产投资信托基金完成平等合并之后，主体将更名为Vivmark Residential。新主体预计于纽约证券交易所挂牌交易，股票代码设定为VMRK。本次合并将打造规模庞大的长租公寓运营平台，合并完成后的房地产投资信托基金预估市值可达530亿美元，企业价值约710亿美元。资产储备方面，公司将持有超过18万套用于对外出租的公寓物业，同时还有超1万套公寓项目处于在建阶段，在美国住宅租赁赛道形成显著的体量优势。AvalonBay首席执行官、同时也是Vivmark Residential候任首席执行官Benjamin Schal对外阐释新品牌内涵，Vivmark Residential这一名称承载企业发展理念，公司计划持续建立家居居住体验的行业新标准。消息传出后，二级市场股价出现波动，AvalonBay早盘下跌1.4%，Equity Residential股价下跌1.6%，市场持续观望本次合并后续整合方案与运营规划。
