GE HealthCare Technologies' (GEHC) continued underperformance in the Patient Care Solutions business is "disappointing," with the segment experiencing fulfillment challenges in Q2, Oppenheimer said in a Thursday note.

The company is exploring a strategic review for PCS, which includes either continued ownership, sale, or other value enhancing transactions, Oppenheimer said, adding that the timeline of the review remains unclear, with GE HealthCare looking to stabilize the business first.

Additionally, the company reiterated organic revenue growth at 3% to 4%, as well as adjusted earnings per share $4.80 to $5.00, compared with Oppenheimer estimate of $4.90, according to the note.

Oppenheimer said it remains constructive long-term given the company's ecosystem and multiple growth levers, although China, tariffs, and other macro pressures remain as overhangs.

Oppenheimer maintained its outperform rating with a price target of $85 on GE HealthCare.
