Limited)配发及发行1000万股认购股份，相当于于本公告日期已发行股份总数约19.76%;及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股份总数约16.50%。认购价每股认购股份1港元，较7月29日在联交所所报收市价每股0.75港元溢价约33.33%。认购事项的所得款项净额总额估计将约为1000万港元。所得款项净额拟用于集团的一般营运资金，包括但不限于员工成本、办公室及场所租金付款以及其他行政开支。
