Strategy Q2 亏损 82 亿美元，比特币持仓增长 11% 至 84.6 万枚

ChainCatcher 消息，Strategy（原MicroStrategy）公布2026年第二季度财报，净亏损 82.2 亿美元，同比去年 100.2 亿美元净利润大幅转亏，主要受比特币价格同比下跌超 40% 所致的 83.2 亿美元未实现损失拖累。第二季度营收 1.224 亿美元，同比增长 6.9%，毛利率 66.6%。截至 7 月 26 日，公司持有比特币 843,775 枚，季度内持仓增长 11%，年初至今实现 BTC Yield 4.5%，BTC Gain约 29,997 枚，账面市场价值约 547.7 亿美元，平均持仓成本约 75,476 美元/枚。

公司表示二季度将可转债规模削减 18% 至 67 亿美元，美元储备增长 12% 至 24 亿美元，目前总储备约 37.5 亿美元，可覆盖优先股股息及利息支出约 2.1 年。公司今年已出售约 2.184 亿美元比特币用于优先股股息支付，并已回购 288,930 股 STRC 优先股（约 2890 万美元面值），折扣约 13.47%。公司已连续 18 个月支付股息，从未违约。CEO Phong Le 表示若 STRC 低于 100 美元将“持续、有纪律地”回购。
