智通财经APP获悉，MOMENTA-W(06880)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.78%，报280.2港元，成交额1841.14万港元。
消息面上，7月29日，Momenta宣布正式获得德国联邦机动车运输管理局(KBA)颁发许可，可在德国全国范围内的城市道路进行L4级自动驾驶测试。这是中国公司首次获得德国覆盖全国城市道路的L4级测试资质，也被市场认为是为Uber欧洲项目的全面铺路。
公开信息显示，Uber通过其全资子公司SMB在Momenta港股上市配售中获配397,600股。而据此前Momenta招股书披露，SMB曾参与其2025年9月完成的C轮融资，持有791,055股优先股。至此，Uber合计持有Momenta约118.87万股股份。双方关系由业务合作进一步拓展至“业务合作+资本持股”。
