【浙江获批开展经营者集中反垄断审查 浙闽赣三省企业并购可就近办理】从浙江省市场监督管理局获悉，根据《市场监管总局关于进一步完善经营者集中委托审查制度的公告》，从今年8月1日起，浙江省市场监督管理局受市场监管总局委托，将负责浙江、福建、江西三省区域内经营者集中简易案件的审查工作。这意味着，今后涉及浙江、福建、江西的企业投资并购，需要提交经营者集中申报且适用简易程序的，可在浙江就近审查。
